Where can I shop?
Right here through our links! Our main shop is on eBay.ca at ebay.ca/str/dunwallcollectibles, and you can also find us on Poshmark at poshmark.ca/closet/dunwallcllctbls. New finds are added all the time, so follow the store and check back often.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Alberta, Canada. You'll see the exact shipping cost and delivery estimate for your address on each listing before you buy.
How fast do you ship?
We pack carefully and ship quickly, usually within one business day. Canadian orders go out with Canada Post (services we use include Expedited Lite and Regular Parcel, depending on the item).
Do you offer local pickup?
Sorry, we don't offer local pickup. Every order is shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
We don't have a free shipping threshold, but we're happy to combine shipping when you buy more than one item (see below).
Can I bundle items and save on shipping?
Yes! Add a few favourites to your cart and we'll gladly combine shipping. Offers are always welcome too, so don't be shy.
What's your return policy?
Our eBay listings accept returns within 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping. Every eBay order is also covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
How do you describe condition on vintage items?
Every item is checked, photographed and described with care, so you know exactly what you're getting. We use eBay's condition grades (like New, Used or Very Good) and add notes about any wear, like frizzy doll hair or creased paper. Lots of photos are included on every listing, so please look them all over.
Can I trust you?
